Default Driver Seat Click Noise

Hey guys, i seem to be getting a kind of click noise from my driver's seat. It typically happens when i press on the clutch or brakes, so essentially when my back is pushing back. It seems to come from the bottom right somewhere, and it is annoying as hell. Can anyone help with this?

I have taken out the seats before, so i thought that maybe it was the rear bolt that maybe i didn't tighten enough. So when i pressed the brakes or whatever, the seat kind of moved and made the noise. But i verified that the botls where on tight with no wiggle.

Any help is apprecaited.

Default seats

I have a 2012 Imprezza. When first new my seats squeaked. I went to the dealer and they replaced the seat frame on warranty. This was done on both seats. Problem solved. Maybe your dealer will step up for you too.
