Question No Boost?

Could this be why I was making no boost (0psi)? The wastegate arm c-clip was missing and not connected. I want to know before I continue taking off the turbo.

Yep that would do it. Very common issue.
No need to pull the turbo, just replace the clip and you should be boosting once again.

Thanks man, I went to the store today and got everything I needed for $9! (A couple hoses were dry-rotted.)
