Default 02 wagon

Just did some upgrades-
Blouch 16gxt
DW 650 inj
Tgv deletes
Tomei inlet
Silicone hoses all the way around
Injen CAI
Catless up
Already had a turbo back exhaust

I had it protuned and got 280hp out of it. Is this pretty good for a two litre that's got 170k on the clock? What can I do to get more? I'm gonna put on a Perrin ebcs and bore the restrictor pill a tiny bit. Got 19 psi now but prob go for 22. Some boost oscillation and waste gate flutter with stock bcs. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks NASIOC!
