Post Various lighting ?

I had a few questions on lighting for offroad/compitition use. I would like some suggestions for a backup light that would be good on dirt roads with no street lamps. Also I have been searching for yellow headlamp/fog replacment bulbs and the best I think I have found as far as brand goes is Hella Yellow stars but I am not familiar if they are that heavy yellow that I am looking for. So if anyone has suggestions to brands or pics of the yellow stars in action please let me know. Also any resources for long map lights?

Hella makes a killer backup light: http://www.rallylights.com/hella/backup.asp

Here's the map light we use: http://catalog.com/susq/hella/mplmp.htm

Back up?? Who needs to back up? The Hella one Jon gave you a link to should work just fine. Or you could put a single 500 Fog back there. Just about any thing will be better than the stock built-in backup lights.

Yellow Stars. They are yellow, and they are cheep. Just get a set and try them. www.rallylights.com has them. the set of 80/70w that I have in my car last quite a while if you keep them off in the day.

As for the map light. I have used one of the TerraLight VA 18 http://catalog.com/susq/ttrip.htm#LIGHTING I like it a lot. Does not move.

i also run this light... http://catalog.com/susq/hella/mplmp.htm

it works great and is 19" long.. and flexable... so the nav can aim it whereever... not too expensive either!!
