What is your motive here? Have you viewed any of Matt's posts or other threads? He's the only one with the proper background and knowledge of paint and body work who is openly contributing to NASIOC. If you take the time to view his other threads, he informs people which tasks are DIY and which are more labor intensive. Don't get all butthurt and call out someone for trying to help.

Me and my buddy took care of the body rust on my Impreza man did we learn a lot! look at our terrible work hahah.
