Default 44-oz @#$%@#&$!!!

So one of my family members completely ignored the sacred "no beverages in vehicle" rule and spilled about half a gallon of some godawful pink fruity drink inside my wife's Outback. Most ended up on the floor, apparently, and little actually got on the seats.

Anyone got a good suggestion for preventing the stuff from stinking up the car and getting it out?
