Default New swap, no starter or fuel pump cycling

Hey folks,
My fuel pump and start are not cycling/engaging on my swap.
Everything else appears to work, stereo, lighting, (inside and out,) cluster, etc.

However, when i put the key in start, my fuel pump does not cycle, and my starter does not engage.

04 WRX Wagon, with the WRX body harness, 04 STi EJ257, VF39, and such up front, with the accompanying 04 STi harness.

Any thoughts on this one?

I remember something like this when doing a clutch job for a friend. Turns out he used the wrong bolt when bolting up the trans. The 2 longer bolts of the 6 trans bolts go on the top most holes. One is the top starter bolt and has the ground attached to it. He used a smaller bolt and his car wouldn't start. Once the correct bolt was swapped no more problem.
