Default California emissions vehicle in Oregon swap question...

I'm in the Medford area. I got a Baja with California emissions on it, and I want to dump an EJ257 in it, but I'm not sure what the emissions laws are for the area when it comes to a car with California emissions on it. Am I going to need to conform to Cali emissions, or just Federal/Oregon? Or am I going to need to call the DMV on Monday while I'm on vacation?

As far as I know Oregon will be just fine... i think all Oregon really does is make sure you don't have any check engine lights, that the ECU is in ready mode (as in not just cleared) and there is no huge cloud of smoke behind you.

My 1996 Impreza even passed with the catalytic converter being "not ready"

Awesome. That will make this a lot easier. Thanks.
