Default Ac belt removal idle question

I've recently removed my ac belt and am contemplating taking out the whole system. One thing I haven't figured out, is how can you keep the engine from idling higher when the defrost setting is turned on? It's not a big issue, I'm just hoping to make the sensors completely unaware of the system. Could this be causing damage?

And by causing damage, I mean the computer changing the air/fuel mix when it is not needed as there isn't any demand from the condenser...
