yes, intake leak at the turbo inlet will allow unmetered air into the engine.

that, along with the other issues indicated by the ecu:

P1012 (could not find this listed anywhere--double check it)
P1446 Fuel Tank Sensor Control Valve Circuit Low
P0113 Intake Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Malfunction (High Input)
P0037 HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P1491 Positive Crankcase Ventilation (Blow-by) Function Problem

could definitely cause the car to fail to run.

I think so on some cars this will occur. If theres a leak between the Maf and the turbo inlet this is probably your problem

You sir have a vaccum leak. Its not your MAF. Its that hole in the turbo inlet.

P0102 Mass air flow sensor circuit low input
P0113 Intake air temperature sensor circuit high input

^both are MAF codes, check the wires

P1446: P1446 Fix

P1491: make sure the PCV plug is plugged all the way in, if it is, buy a new one.

Check the MAF harness plug. If one of the pins were to get bent or pushed back inside the plug it can cause P0102 and P0113.

You probably have the intake installed backwards with in turn puts the MAF sensor backwards. The IAT sensor is the amber bulb thing in the MAF sensor. Did this problem start after you just either installed or re-installed the intake?

Hmm where did you buy the MAF sensor at? If you have life time warranty, replace it with another MAF sensor. Maybe the one you bought is bad

Are you running the foam intake like the Perrin for an example or the AEM filter kind?
