Not surprised, it's too bad he took the little boys with him.

Worst part is now they'll probably never find her. Not that they would have before but that just seals it.

I live like 100ft from where she was murdered. And I don't think 1 person on the planet actually believed that he didn't murder her. The justice system failed these children.

**I didn't see him doing it in the way he did. Agreed, taking himself out and taking his kids with him isn't a stretch for this guy, but basically burning them all to death in their house?

That is supremely ****ed up.

I get involved once in a while with the SLC crime scene forensics. We have some people from here in Utah heading to Washington to investigate the house to see what they can find. It is such a sad story. The kids are with their mom now. My prayers are with them.

I think he burned his wife's body then 3 years later went out in flames. Anyone who takes the lives of innocent children will burn in hell.

You are all so easy to pass judgement. Unless you helped him burry the body the guy didn't do it....

Even if he didn't have anything to do with Susan's disappearance he killed his sons. Why would he need to kill them as well as himself? Something is not right. I'm just speculating, I think his sons were starting to talk about the night of Susan's disappearance and with Josh being so self centered, he would take the truth to the grave. So he silenced everyone that had anything to do with it.

The thing that sucks it the Cox family probably will not get closure now.

Respectfully I'll pass judgement on a person that kills himself and his kids. I never said a thing about killing his wife, I absolutely think he did kill her, but that's now irrelevant. A person that kills innocent children, especially his own are truly the worst kind of human, and the world is a better place without them, its sad that he decided to take hip kids with him though it now seems he may have done it because they knew what happened that night.

Heard on KSL about how the kids were starting to talk about how they remembered seeing their mother in the trunk that night. Yeah he's a guilty piece of **** in my book.

A sad ending for sure. If he wasnt a murderer before he sure is now. The kids did not deserve this.

I hope the police will release some actual evidence now. I was tired of all this Josh blaming speculation we have had since she disappeared (and all the lies). There was not a single shred of evidence saying he was responsible, but the media and EVERYONE vilified this man. It is a shock to me that he held together as long as he did to be honest. I don't think I could have done it.

Personally I don't think the Cox family helped at all in this. They did nothing but try to turn his kids against their father, despite any evidence. Then he LOST his kids to them, and I think that was the turning point. I don't think what happened had anything to do with Susans disappearance at all, I think it was driven solely by losing his kids.

A completely selfish chicken**** act no doubt. But when you back someone in a corner and take away their reason for living crazy stuff can/will happen as we saw.

You see, the Cox family has been on the vilify Josh train since the beginning.

If you remember, they took the family minivan out... not a car. Where is a trunk on a minivan?

No doubt the Cox's were putting things into their young impressionable minds. Kids don't know any better.
