that's tonemapping.

often used together, but not the same thing.

i sincerely doubt he had time to fire off multiple shots for an exposure bracket which is necessary for a truly extended dynamic range.

I like the lighting, but either her make up is too light or her face is lit up more then the rest of her, doesn't look quiet right.
looks like she covers her face in the tanning booth to me. ex did that and i hated it.
