Default ej251 sohc cam upgrades?

ive searched high and low, i can not find a set of aftermarket cams for my sohc engine. any ideas? and if their are a set anywhere would i have to do some sort of tuning to get it to run right?

i noticed. i type in ej251 camshaft and i find nothing..now that i can type in a name (delta,TWE) now i can find stuff

Depending on how aggressive you go with the cams, the ECU might get a bit grumpy, but it would still run. An ECU reflash would optimize the setup.
