Default WRX wagon #64

I took a test drive in an private sale 02 WRX wagon and noted that the last 6 numbers in the serial number ended in 800064.

From what I gather the "8" means it is a wagon and the last sequence of numbers is the sequential product number.

Question; is this wagon #64 in Canada or North America?

Either way, not too shabby.
