Default Diode Dynamics C Light problem

Just finished installing these puppies and I wired the parking light up on the bench and brought the headlights out to reinstall them. I wired the DD c lights up to the subispeed DRL harness and they worked albeit not exactly like factory. With the car off they only came on with the headlights but when you turn the car on they work as advertised. So then I go forth with the install and tap into the turn signal wires. When I went to test, one C light was inoperable. No parking light, no turn signal, nothing. I check all the fuses and checked all my connections. Everything looked ok. Then I swapped the drivers. No change. The same C light was not working.

Anyone experience this? I will be calling/emailing DD tomorrow.

Problem solved. One of the t taps had a weak connection so I used a different one and it worked fine. On the other side the switch back function wasn't working and I found an improperly connected tap on the signal wire.

Guys...these things are BRIGHT! Can't wait to see what they look like in the day.

I assume they gave those Scotch Lock type taps. Always found then "iffy"; these are much better (and reusable too!)

Of course there's always soldering...
