Default Headlight issues

So about 2 weeks ago my passenger side headlight when out. Of course, I assumed i just needed a new bulb. When i took the bulb out, it appeared that was the culprit. I replaced the bulb....but still nothing. Both headlights work when I flip on the high-beams, but the passenger side still doesn't on low beams. I've checked the fuses and those are alright as well. Anybody out there have this problem? Any suggestions are welcome...need to get this fixed so she will pass inspection...Thanks

Have you already double checked that the bulb is seated correctly? That would be the most likely issue, and also easiest to try.

try swapping the bulbs to verify that either the bulb is good or the connection is good.

check the plug for corrosion.
check the main harness plug that connects the light to the car as well
