Question John Elway Subaru West???

Who has dealt with these guys? I have to take my car to them..........stupid insurance reasons from my stollen car crap..... so I was wondering how reliable are they? I wanted to take it up to Flatirons but insurance guy said to take it to #7. Let me know.

Hey Kurt,

I don't know about their service, but I will never take my car there due to the fact that they were jerks when I went to take a test drive. The guy treated me like poo, I turned the air conditioner off and he turned it back on and said "there is no way that I am sweating my ass off so a kid can take a joy ride."

Negative guys... go into the service department, and ask to speak to glen, if he's NOT there, don't talk to anyone else. When you talk to glen, tell em zach sent you... they have an AWESOME service department - I cannot speak for their sales department. Be sure that if you get done right by the service manager that you respond positively when they call you back to ask if everything went alright, this DIRECTLY AFFECTS how much money they make and they see their customer comments... point being, you scratch their back they often will scratch yours...

Glen is an awesome subaru advisor and one of the nicest all around guys I know, he even drive an old school loyale

Agreed. Good service department and crap sales. Hmm...that's at least two sales they've lost from "punk kids."

Hey Kurt,

Elway West has a good service department and they will get you taken care of. I speak to many of their service and parts people and they are always helpful. I don't know about sales.

Default Not all the sales people are morons

In the interest of fairness, my sales rep at John Elway Subaru West was Kent Lang, and I was quite satisfied with his attitude and the way he treated me. The sales manager seemed to be a stand up guy also.

Judah, you should have gone in and talked directly with the sales manager after that stunt with the AC.

Kent Lang has a perfomance car background from what I can tell and I got no BS of any kind from him. If I went back for another car, he is the sales rep I'd talk to.

I've gone in and talked to the guys in parts on a couple of occasions and they were more than willing to help me chase down part numbers and look through the exploded drawing illustrations on their parts computer to find what I was looking for.

I've had no service work done there so can't comment directly on that.
