I had thought about it, but there is a depression where the reflector sits and there is a bulb that sits behind it, would look just weird without it there.

The high beam bucket was painted with duplicolor metalcast, the chrome "shroud" of the rest was painted with Krylon

It wasn't to hard to do them, they separated much easier then my previous Legacys headlights, I took my time doing them total of about 9hours from baking them apart to putting them back together

Wow. The light output seems to be close to the same. Did you notice any huge difference? Thanks for the pics, btw.

The light output is pretty simliar, other then the highbeams light up more in terms of height. But get a good bulb in the low beams and I doubt I'll ever use my highbeams again
