Question Calling all reverse flow (counter clockwise) intercooler pipe users!

Hello all. I am almost at a close with my brother's 02 WRX build (Greddy 18G and usual supporting mods) and i'm looking for some input about which intercooler pipes to cut/modify in order to use a reverse flow (counter clockwise) pipe setup. He is using the SSAC front mount kit. I've read some posts saying a good bit of modification is needed, and others saying only one pipe needs to be modified.

The Greddy 18G turbo wouldn't fit in the stock location, so I cut the up pipe, add in a flex section, rotate it, and weld it back together. This is what it ends up looking like with the rotated turbo and the SSAC piping as is:

As you can see, there is going to need to be some modification anyways. This is why I wanted to know exactly which pipe(s) need to be cut and how to do a reverse flow setup. I'm assuming that i'll need to clock the turbo some as well.

Any input is well valued!

As your pipes sit now I'd just make a direct pipe from the inlet compressor to hot pipe (where that whacky U pipe is now).

Why are you so concerned with running reverse flow? If you are dead set on running reverse flow... fab a pipe from the compressor inlet housing over your turbo inlet to the existing coupler. Then connect the other pipe to your throttle body and done.

After you have your reverse setup made, you could fit a much larger turbo there if you ever do a 2.5 hybrid.
