Default Differential and Trany fluids?

Hey all, approaching 30k on my rex and I am going to flush the coolant here at the shop I work at, but my question is what fluids are in the tranny and the rear diffs? What kind should I replace it with? Do I need to just change the rear diff fluid or change the center diff also?
THanks
Steve

Ok, so I use 75 90ns (3.7 qts) in the tranny and just regular 75 90 in the diff?? How many quarts in the diff? Thanks for the reply.

You can either read GQ's reply to that post or look in the owner's manual as suggested in that post... 0.8 quart .

Ok, thank you sir, that clears that part up. Do you use 75 90ns for the tranny and regular 75 90 for the diff? or do you use 75 90ns on both. THanks
