Default Minor noise/vibration after curb impact - diagnoses help

Ok everyone. So during the last major snow storm I was driving to pick up my brother and while taking left turn I slid a little bit into a curb covered by snow (read: couldn't see it). The impact wasn't massive but enough that I was worried about damage to the right side of the car where it hit. I got out and checked everything immediately visible. There was no damage to the body that I could see, no l wheel cracks, tires held pressure, felt for bubbles- nothing. The car continues to track straight and generally drives fine.

The problem arises on the highway. I started to notice slight steering wheel vibration at highway speed. Ok no big deal a wheel weight probably got knocked off. I don't drive on the highway much so it didn't concern me all that much. Then I noticed that during bends on the highway there was a slight pedal vibration and noise that sounds like a muted version of driving over the rumble strip. No one noticed it except me but you all know how that goes .

Im hoping I can get some ideas from the NASIOC community about what the source of the problem might be. I'm in school full time right now so I'd like to avoid shelling out a couple hundred dollars just for diagnoses. I figure that since its something that happens when im turning that it has to do with the front passenger side suspension/hub. Any help would be appreciated.

could be something in the steering, ie; ball joint, tie rod end, wheel balance
