Default 425whp 1/4mile

I am very curious as to what gear I would be at end at the end of a 1/4 mile. I hit 425 whp on a dyno jet with 20gxt-r on e85 anyone with similar numbers can give me a hint? Also what times would I be looking at?

You will get 50 answers, none of which will be at all accurate due to many factors such as weather, track conditions, ect.

Try this....
As for gears, very likely 4th in a wrx, 5th in an STi.

Your answers will come from experience. Need to find the line between power falling off at high rpm while maximizing gearing. A dyno plot would help to visualize your powerband.

Shoot for 12's with a solid 60'. Throw in launch control, ffs, cool day, sea level, with 425hp and a solid launch 11.4 maybe. I'm reaching here. Just go run then post!

Depending on the tire size you are running you may get away with 4th. If you have a short tire with the 20g you are better off shifting into 5th and using the TQ/Hp curve.

You have power to go deep into the 11s at 118-122mph. With some driving and a good wheel/tire combo that can keep you in 4th you might see 124mph traps and 11.20s
