Default 2008 vs 2009 WRX power difference

I am fairly new to Subaru ownership (about two years), and only a year old in WRX ownership. I just learned last night (stupid me for not doing research before I purchased, I guess) that my 2008 WRX Premium only has 224 HP. This is a huge disappointment for me considering the fact I thought it had 265 HP. I have read so far that the major/only difference is the turbo. 2008 have the TD04 and the 2009's have the VF52.

Currently the only mods I have an AEM CAI and Cobb Stage 1+AEM v3.00 map (which is Cobb's OTS map for the 2008 WRX). Currently running 240hp based on calculated figures from the listed HP and Cobb's expected hp gains.

Aside from turbo's, what other differences are there in parts or mapping? If I did a turbo swap to a VF52, could I simply use the Cobb Stage 1+AEM v3.10 (2009 WRX) map?

In doing this swap and subsequent mods to support it, will I see 265hp (or 284hp with my current mods)?

My parts upgrade list has just gotten more interesting, me thinks...
