Unhappy 09 WRX P0171 Code, Low Idle, + Coolant leak. Please Help

Vehicle Performance Mods: 2009 WRX, turbo back 3" Perrin exhaust, perrin top mount intercooler, Cobb SF intake kit, open source tune running 18psi boost by Bobby at PRE in Portland, Subaru SPT boost gauge.

Problem: Yesterday while driving on 405 I lost boost pressure and gauge was showing -10 and would not go into positive. Turbo sounded weak, gasping for air, and when I got off the hwy the engine started idling very low at & below 500rpm, tach was bouncing and car almost died. Gear shift was shaking pretty violently with car in neutral at the light as well. Shortly after, the car popped a code which was later read to be P0171 Too lean Bank 1. Limped it home, found vacuum hose on air by-pass valve had come off. Re-secured hose and cleared code. Engine started and idled normal. Took it for a 3 mile test ride and low idle condition returned but boost gauge operating normally with no abnormal noise from turbo, P0171 code returned. Drove to the dealer to see if they had any "kind advice". "Kindly" told by dealer to pay up for diag or "kindly" f__k off. Drove car to local Autozone on way home and opened hood to discover coolant leak. I started the morning with coolant level halfway between full/low - level is currently right on the line of low with fresh coolant on the pan under the radiator.

I'm guessing there is probably more than one thing going on with these symptoms but can anyone point me in a direction to get started?

make sure and i really mean make sure that the clamps are all tight.

use brake cleaner and remount the hoses. get that radiator leak fixed also thats never a good thing. invest in a tactrix so you can read codes, delete codes, and log. once you get that all done start doing a pull 1rst let off then 2nd gear to try to get to 6k RPMS and see if it hesitate or hit a wall when trying to boost. if it doesnt your good to go and clear the code (ask your local members to help you clear the code)
