Default are you still using delta dash with stand alone utec ect?

I know these ems' have logging features and what not. But is it a waste of time to buy a delta dash if I dont know how to tune and I can't tune it anyway without a diff ems? I'm thinking of getting one next week and do some runs. I'd like to know what my timing is doing etc. Whats the learning curve like to understand it? Any newbies figure it out?

It lives! ; )

Default UTEC logging

What I did was log normal, cruise (75mph), and then 3rd gear pulls to ~6500 to get the feel for what I was looking at....I'm new to FI....better at 1150 cfm Dominators....but it's very intuitive.
I think Rifts still uses his DD, but I wouldn't spend the $300 before I purchased a UTEC...Good luck to you, and if you have any questions, ask.

Not sure if the UTEC datalogging is as good as a pure datalogging application as the DD is...

But I'm 100% sure that you could learn pretty fast (as a lot of other people that haven't tuned any cars, including me)

There's a wealth of information on the net about tuning cars... and specifics can be found here by the other UTEC users.

Just datalog like MAD for the first week or so that you have the car, giving it different scenarios (crazy driving, spirited driving, granny driving, rain, cold, warm, stupid hot...) and by the results I'm sure you'd be able to make corrolations / links between the different logs...

I can't see how hard it could be...
