Default Do you really need new links for sway bars?

Can I use the stock links if I install a rear sway bar? I know they suggest new ones, but I heared they make allot of noise?

they make absolutely no noise. and no you don't need them. they just increase the effectiveness of the sway bar. if you want a less efficient sway bar, then don't get end links. no big deal.

Default what's your objective

Actually a case could be made that you should get the new links, before you upgrade the sway bar. They are stiffer and will make the stock sway bar act as though it is bigger. If that is still not enough change in roll rate for your needs then go to the heavier sway bar.
