Default WRX rear discs on an 99 OBS w/ drums???

Will WRX discs and brakes fit on my 99 OBS w/ drums. I'm looking at doing the swap to discs in the back.. If any body knows what need to be done or if these will fit let me know. Also will a WRX shift lever work on a GC8?

All impreza rear discs are the same and most legacies are too. The early legacy turbos are vented but fit none the less.
You need the knuckles to do this easily.
There are lots of threads on this. try 'disc swap'
Shift lever - I don't know but doubt it.
