Default Solenoid to Wastegate acuator, solenoid to compressor?

New to the club, and new with Subie's. I just recently purchased a blue Rex Wagon 2002, has about 121k miles on it. Bought it knowingly with a problem, it has left side valve cover leak; so it does smoke white from time to time, but it doesnt seem to be burning a ton of oil.
Thats not the issue however; My vacuum lines just broke. Currently have the OEM solenoid , and a Turbo Boost Tee (not sure what this does) but its connected to the waste gate actuator and the compressor. I did go to Nappa to buy some new lines.

My question is this: how do i setup these vacuum lines?

The top line from the solenoid is hooked up to the air intake. Check.

The bottom line from the solenoid, seems to not have a spot. (mechanic said to T into wastegate actuator line?)

The turbo boost tee, top line or left side, is hooked to the wastegate actuator.

The turbo boost tee, bottom line or right side, is hooked to the compressor.

Thanks in advance! Im finding tons of info from the club so far, and the car is soo fun to drive! Want to keep it around for many many miles longer!
