not in phoenix but in chandler, love's off of I-10 by wild horse pass. On east side of I-10, I forget the exit, it might be the wild horse pass exit. They have 100 and 110. I think the 110 is leaded though.

Or, brew your own 100+ for under $6/gallon using Torco Accelerator.

I've been running 91 + 48oz Torco for ages with a Clark Turner UTEC 100-octane map without any detonation or plug fouling.

15 gallons of 91 @ $3.95 = $59.25
48 oz of Torco @ $0.50/oz = $24
fill-up = $83.25/15 = $5.55/gallon

Note you need to buy by 5-gallon pail to get the cost per oz to $0.50.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned it yet, but...
Have you looked into using E85?
I don't think the octane rating is (consistently) over 100 (even though some sources claim up to 117 octane and 105 is the most commonly quoted number), but it does carry more energy (per air, not per volume) than gas.
Would need a huge injectors, fuel pump, different plugs, a tune, etc. but worth considering.
