Oil changes done religiously at every 3500 mi- Shell rotella t6. Car does not burn a drop of oil.
When I purchased it leak down and compression numbers came back perfect. No indication that anything regarding the engine has changed in that time frame, however I welcome a PPI or leakdown/compression testing. Brakes are good, tires will need replacing sooner than later, but there is adequate tread.

Car is mostly stock. Previous owner had the car at stage 2 for about 1 month before returning the car back to stock and selling it for a 240sx project. Currently has AP running stage 1 91 OTS map (note, I fill up with 93, but the additional leeway between the 91 tune and the 93 tune makes me more comfortable) and there is a Hallman MBC left over from the Hybrid setup. I have not touched this what so ever and I do not plan to, it can be returned to stock easily or it can be swapped out for a grimmspeed EBCS easily. The car hits 16.5 psi consistently on the 91 or 93 octane tune. Well within the cobb specs for the OTS map. Snorkus delete has been done by the previous owner.

Currently the car is sitting on RCE black springs and rota g force 18x9 +30et with 235 general exclaims stretched on there. I have the stock silver BBS wheels wrapped in brand new winter rubber ready to go as well, and they’re included with the purchase price of the vehicle. They’re in good condition, but could use a little TLC. The rotas have some rough curb rashing on the 2 drivers side wheels. These can be repaired prior to purchase and we can negotiate that cost. The Wheel Dr happens to be located in my home town, and has already quoted a cost of $300 for both wheels to be repaired. Most customers will change the wheels to something that suits their needs, so I have not had them repaired yet. The car does rub a little under full compression. The fenders have already been rolled. A little rear camber would clear this up, or possibly better tire and fitment. 18x9+30 is fairly aggressive.

I spent the better part of 3 months hunting down the proper STi for my needs. I wanted something reliable, well maintained, and ready to be modded to my specs. Unfortunately life stepped in the way, and the car has remained “stock” since the day I bought it except for the addition of the AP.

Maintenance. Oil changes done religiously within 3500 miles since I owned it, and the previous owner swears he maintained the same schedule. I have no reason to believe differently. At 54000 miles I changed trans and differential fluids with motul, and brake fluid with motul as well, coolant was done at the same time. CV boots, axles and everything underneath the car appears to be in perfect order, There is some surface rust as to be expected of a car of this age, but nothing structural or concerning, a few stuck bolts here and there, but everything is in order as far as the underside of the car is concerned.

There are a few door dings and one small dent on the roof, I have tried to capture these to the best of my ability. I planned to try the “dry ice trick” this summer, and I am 95% sure it would work on these dings. If that failed I was just going to have them popped out. It doesn’t look like a dimpled golf ball, but these sorts of dings happen Soccer moms don’t pay attention and before you know it a Nissan armada has launched a full on assault into your door panel.
The lip has grabbed its fair share of pavement even at the cars relatively high stature. It’s a JNA lip and can be replaced for cheap should you find it too rough for your liking, there is some underside scraping from where the PO grabbed a parking block with the molded in splitters on the front bumper see photos for better explanation.

The car does sport a clear bra on the nose section. It has protected the paint and like most clear bras it is only visible if you are really looking for it. It has protected the paint through 2 love bug seasons now, so I’d say its paid for its self already.

The car has been absolutely fantastic since day 1 when I drove it back from CT to FL. It never misses a beat, is always happy to perform, sticks like glue, and is genuinely a fantastic vehicle. The only reason I am selling it is because I have a huge soft spot for E46 m3’s. To me they’re the perfect balance of performance and luxury, and they’re a fantastic all around car. The desire for a high strung high revving rwd inline 6 has crept its way back into my brain and my heart, and I would like to get back into one of them.

Heres some general potato phone photos
