'83 Subaru GL Wagon

Default '05 Forester XT (Aspen white, 5spd, modz, wagonz)

Going up for sale is my prized aspen white FXT. This is my baby, there are many like it but this one is mine, and now you have the chance to own it.

The run down...

Year: 2005
Model: Forester XT
Color: Aspen white
Transmission: 5MT
Mileage: 132xxx
Title: Clean as a virgin

The car comes from a single family home who bought it new in 2005. The original owner gave it to his grand son who then sold it to me! Technically I am the 3rd owner but I believe the title says 2nd. Some witchcraft or something.

The title is spotless and has everything including maintenance documented at a reputable Subaru dealership in northern NJ. Oil changes (synthetic), brakes, everything has been documented and done by Ramsey Subaru. Timing belt was done at 110,000, I just replaced the air filter with an OEM one, trans/rear diff fluid flush with Redline Lightweight shockproof, and I just did the spark plugs with Bosch 4+ Platinums.

The car is basically the premium model without the sunroof. Heated leather seats, driver seat is power with lumbar support, heated mirrors and windshield wipers, auto-dimming mirror with compass, 6CD changer with weather band and the other usual fancy treats.

When I got the car it was bone stock, needless to say it is not like that anymore...

Engine:
-COBB AP V2 running Stage 2 93oct tune
-COBB LCP
-3" Invidia N1 Race with titanium tip
-3" Invidia catless DP

Exterior:
-JDM OEM HID Headlights (These things are awesome. Best mod on the car)
-JDM front bumper (Looks the same but has this awesome little parking pole)
-Rally Armor UR mudflaps
-27% tint on front two windows, 15% on every other (Legal in SC)

Interior:
-JDM red hazard button
-Custom Defi gauge set up with gauges mounted in ATI dash pod
-Kicker 8" subwoofer (Installed in factory location)

Suspension:
-Tein Monoflex coilovers with EDFC (Also incredibly awesome)
-STI aluminum lateral links
-COBB STI 24mm 3-way adjustable rear swaybar
-Eibach 25mm 2-way adjustable front swaybar

Wheels/Brakes:
-17x7 OZ Superleggeras w/ brand new Pirelli P-Zero Rossos
-JDM WRX 4 pots/USDM 2 pots
-Goodrich SS lines
-Powerslot slotted rotors all the way around
-StopTech StreetTech pads

Overall, this has been by far my favorite Subaru to own. It is insanely quick for a wagon, even at just Stage 2. The car is incredibly practical and is truly a do-it-all vehicle. I have done a couple of 12+ hour trips in this vehicle and I never have any problems with it and it is very comfortable to drive. It is mechanically sound and I would drive it cross-country without a worry. The only reason I am selling it is because I'm looking to get back into a BMW but it is a hard decision and every time I get into and drive this thing I question if I really do want to get rid of it. Hopefully someone will enjoy it as much as I have!

I'm sure there is stuff I'm leaving out so I'll update it randomly as I remember things...

I'll start the price at $11,500 OBO since this is a rare combo and has some nice work done to it.

Trying to upload pictures but my work internet is struggling so standby...
