Default CA: 2005 OBP WRX Wagon w/ EJ207 Swap

Price: 11500

I can make you a deal though and take stuff off for a lower price.

2005 Subaru WRX w/ EJ207 Swap (JDM STI motor) CLEAN TITLE in my possession, in my name etc.

2005 Subaru WRX wagon with JDM STI Motor (EJ207), 5 Speed Manual Transmission.

Pros:
* CLEAN TITLE, in my name, etc.
*Turn key car, everything works, ready to sell!
*The Japanese Version 7 STI EJ207 engine swap in this car is arguably one of the strongest factory Subaru blocks ever made with features that never made it to the US, even on the US STI! It's an incredible 2.0 liter engine with forged internals from the factory, includes variable valve timing (AVCS) heads with ports larger than even the USDM STI heads (EJ257). The potential for this engine is well past 400WHP with just some stronger head bolts and for additional margin of safety (turbo and fuel upgrades required to reach this power level of course). This engine sports a 8000RPM factory rev limit! This car will do 75MPH in 2nd gear and over 100mph in 3rd gear on the 5 speed transmission!
*Motor has less than 55K miles on it!
*Professionally and reliably tuned on 91 octane (see included dyno chart).
*Version 7 JDM ECU and USDM ECU included with sale. JDM ECU contains the tune and is running the fully functional AVCS. AVCS was wired with the iAP Performance wire kit which makes for a very clean and professional install, not a hacked wire harness like some swaps!
*The 2005 model year is the best of the 2002-2005 bodies in terms of interior amenities. It includes auto climate control, the most desirable black seats Subaru made and a more modern steering wheel and center console (Lookup the DAMd steering wheel that you can swap in with the 2005 steering wheel).
*Tien coilover suspension so you can adjust from rally height to tarmac performance based on your preferences.
*Wagon! This is both unique due to the engine swap and functional with more room for goodies in the back. Plus, you can sport the sticker "You just got beat by a wagon!"
*Fresh fluids with the engine swap including Redline Shockproof Lightweight fluid in the transmission.
*Lots of tasteful performance and ICE upgrades (see full list below)

Cons:
*The chassis mileage is just above average for its age but the engine and transmission have been changed so the most critical components are fresh! The interior is very clean and does not show excessive wear.
*Exterior shows some signs of age but the body is straight. It's a black car and while those look the best when clean, they also show any blemishes easily too. Have to see to appreciate.

Interior:
*Kenwood deck aux, USB, CD/MP3
* NEXUS 7
*Infiniti speakers in the front
*kicker L5 subwoofer in the back with amp
*Valentine 1 hardwire kit (ready to mount your Valentine1 above the mirror)
*Gauge cluster dual gauge pod with mechanical boost gauge and electronic Prosport EVO oil pressure gauge (not yet installed). Prosport Oil sandwich plate for oil pressure.

Engine Performance Upgrades:
*CF STI hood scoop (currently plastidipped flat black)
*Grimmspeed STI splitter (incredible piece, look it up)
*Grimmspeed Electronic Boost Controller (faster spoolup)
*Invidia 3" divorced wastegate catless downpipe
*K'SAI 3" Cat back exhaust. (sounds awesome, throaty but not obnoxious)
*Professional Tune on JDM ECU with functional AVCS using iAP Wire Kit

Transmission
BRAND NEW COBB Stage 1+ package
COBB Shift knob (white/red)
COBB shifter bushings (front and back)
COBB double adjustable short shifter

Suspension Upgrades:
*Tein Basic Coilover
*Cusco rear sway bar
*Perrin rear swaybar end links

Recent Maintenance:
*Brand New EXEDY OEM Clutch (new with swap)
*Brand New OEM FLYWHEEL (New with swap)
*Brand new Valve cover Gaskets
*Fresh spark plugs, oil, coolant, transmission fluid flushed and replaced with Redline shockproof lightweight
Oil Rotella T6

Yes, but it would include a 2005 WRX rolling shell with a bunch of stuff.

lol. So no, not parting it out. Way too much work went into making this what it is. Sell your car and buy this complete one.

Thanks dude! I really want it to go to a fellow enthusiast. I tried to be different with the wagon. People in their "fast cars" are always surprised.

Probably the most important question, Why are you selling it, especially after JUST finishing the motor swap?

Nice looking wagon.

$$$ and Priorities of course. While its an awesome car. I want something larger and newer and safer. I unfortunately cannot afford to keep both a fun car and a daily. So I will need to sell this to buy a nice daily. I have two kids, one only 6 months and Ive gone from rarely picking them up to picking them up and dropping them off all week. My wife cant drive this car, and she has the other vehicle which is the "safe new SUV" so... I need to buy another daily essentially.

TL:dR I need a daily my wife can drive and wont crash.

Understandable.

It's a clean looking car with a solid base. If this had been for sale last February when I was looking I'd have already bought my plane ticket lol. Good luck with the salem

This is the JDM motor that redlines at 8K correct? Bump for a nice car and a good price with that JDM motor.

^ yes. Thanks! sorry didnt see this!

I think all the JDM EJ207s redline at 8k. I am not sure if the EJ205s do as well.

Someones gotta want an EJ207 swapped wagon? throw a bigger turbo and FMIC and delete the hoodscoop and youve got an ultimate sleeper. Its already a sleeper in this configuration other than that 3" exhaust is a little loud.
