Starting to get close to final numbers on 91 octane. Still working on the boost a bit. It's very smooth if kept under 20psi, but begins to oscillate a bit above that. Dyno shows it's a bit wavy, but ECU shows perfectly smooth boost. But other than that, it's getting there! We are also making a decent amount of top end power by playing a bit with the AVCS as well.

Those are some spectacular 91 numbers. You guys wouldn't happen to be familiar with SubaruEdit, would you? Because of a previous project on another vehicle I went open source route on my 15'. I'm currently stage 2 on 91 running that software.

Hey guys, when this tune is finished will it only be available for catless applications? Also what are the dimensions of your intake? Thanks!

They said a few post above yours that he thinks they are going to do a catted option as well. Also, not sure on the overall dimensions but the diameter is 2.5".

Thanks guys! So far the car feels great, I think these WRX's are most happy at Stage 2. It really woke the car up. Here is a comparison of our current tunes:

MAP Stage 1 91 octane vs MAP Stage 2 91 octane:

These are some of the highest 91 numbers I have seen. 91 has a very hard time with detonation over 290hp. The fact that you eclipsed the 300 mark is madness. Going to be a lot of happy ACN guys out there. These are the same results other tuners are getting with 93. Great job!

It hasn't been easy. There were several pulls where we ran into knock pretty badly. But we have been playing around a lot with the AVCS (which I personally think a lot of tuners are over looking) along with other strategies that seem to be working so far.

It is because you're taking your time and going at the tuning process the methodical way. Not something most of WRX owners are receiving. If you guys had access to subaruedit I would be happy to grab a tune . Once I do go the AP route I'm sure I will be giving you guys a shot. E85 next, right? Haha.

I don't think a lot of people realize the amount of engineering time and effort that goes into developing the controls for these engines. With all of the adjustability there, it SHOULD take a tuner a really long time to come up with an optimized and safe street tune.

I'm excited to see how the 93 version pans out.

We aren't going to release our full video review just yet, but I was too anxious to not share some sound clips. Here is some raw footage of the shoot as a teaser!
