Wouldn't miss it unless I'm sick (or unless another one of my friends from Boston tells me they bought a plane ticket and will be here in a few days ).

Rob, leave your tires at home, we'll do my car this week!

Cheers, Joe

Neither rain nor sleet or a broken spring will keep me from autox'ing this weekend.

Oakland is one of our better places to run

I'm running DS. I'll probably aim to get there around 8:00 to get time to wander the course. DS runs in group 3 so there should be time to get tech'd right after working group 1.

remember, when driving on the course and taking a turn, in slow out fast. That means in a nutshell, use the brakes

don't forget an air pump or air tank to raise the presure in your tires.

white Shoe polish for numbers (they do have tap on number, but they are cheezy)

the shoe polish is also good for marking your tires (to see how much your rolling over the edge)

your in STX.

As for the membership, check your glovebox for a coupon for the SCCA, otherwise, call the regional office http://www.sfrscca.org/NewMembers/

It is probably too late to get your membership before the weekend. But I would recommend you go ahead and join. In the mean time, come on out and check it out. Don't be afraid to ask questions or ask for rides

If you call the office that Chris mentioned and pay by credit card, they can fax you a copy of the membership.
