Default Soon To Be 2017 Wrx Owner!!

HELLLLOOOO WORLD!!

After months of bothering Clint over at Heuberger Subaru about numerous cars, I decided on the 2017 WRX. I was originally planning on ordering it, but Clint suggested other WRX's already available. I found 2 Premiums with homelink, and picked the one right in front. 2 days ago, I put the $1,000 so that it could be held. I'll be going to finish up the payment this week. Needless to say, I went down to the dealership and took some pictures, as I am getting hella antsy.

Enjoy

I liked to just walk the lot in my free time

Saw another owner's sexy Subie

Found the perfect angle between my car still on the lot and my current '99 Dodge Intrepid

Were you experiencing vertigo when you took that last picture?

Don't listen to mishapopa. His dual cold air intake system sounds sick!

Yeah, everyone knows the Cobb SF's are much better than normal CAI.

Not going to be doing an intake for a while, but was planning on either a Cobb SF or ETS. Only catback and some exterior mods for now, but we all know how the mod bug can bite

Just picked up a WRX limited for my wife. We traded at 2015 limited CVT for a stick for autocross.

Do not do any engine modifications unless you are fully prepared to be denied engine/ trans warranty work on your brand new car if anything goes wrong.

Enjoy your new car. Do your catback and exterior mods (even then, if I had to go in for warranty work I'd put the stock exhaust back on because Subaru/ the dealership is known for doing anything in their power to reject warranty claims). If you get real bored do suspension and wheels. When you're ready to swallow the big pill of potentially paying for a new motor if anything bad happens, then mod for power.

Day 3 Update:

I didn't really have time to update this right after I got it friday, but I must say that thus far, I am very impressed with it. I'd say that I made the perfect decision. I'm planning on just an ebay front lip and some side skirt extensions in the near future.

It's only been 3 days and I've already done a mini photoshoot with myself
It's an ongoing addiction.....
Enjoy
