Default Help with 05 WRX usdm rom OBD-II

I'm hoping somebody can offer advice, having difficulty with my usdm 05 wrx ecu. I'm able to read the rom with EcuFlash but when I go to OBD-II to disable forced pass readiness monitors and TGV CEL fix I'm not able to make the change.
Also, for some reason the ROM info incorrectly states that my car has an automatic transmission.

How can I make the change on the read image file so I can go ahead and write it ?
Thank you.
Happy new year.

So, ECU Flash isn't for editing Roms. It's for viewing and flashing them. You're looking for a program called "RomRaider" to edit Roms.

This is incorrect. EcuFlash is for editing Roms too and has a number of advantages over RomRaider.

The issue is appears to be that to make the change requires hitting increment or decrement (not intuitive) from the edit menu to change the value.

The AT map is apparently an AP quirk.

ECU flash only recent (past 6 months maybe?) has the ability to edit roms. RomRaider is still a far superior program.

AT/MT should not matter too much. most cal id's have revisions for both MT AND AT. i have a MT ecu running my AT STI... works fine.

3-4 years ago when I swapped a ver 8 into a bugeye wagon I used ecuflash to disable tgv codes and force ready monitors, successfully. I was working on the same task for my current ver 7 swap into a 05 Saabaru. The new surprise was a pcv related code, P1491. Got my inspection sticker, my car is road legal, stoked.
