Default rota slipstreams on gc8....

ive already done a search, but i couldnt get a clear answer.....

anways, would 16x7 rota slipstreams fit on my 95 impreza L AWD w/ 48 offset? i heard that 48 offset is ok w/ 17x7.5, but that's as far as you can push it.

also, if they do fit, what would be the optimal tire size? preferably falken azenzis.....

They will fit fine. I would get something like 215/50's or 225/50's... are they 7.5 wide or 7 wide? I forget, its been awhile since I read the slipstream posts... If its 7.5, i would go with 225, if its 7, i would go with 215.

Slips are 7" wide. FWIW, I run 225's on my WRX with Slipstreams.

I have the same setup as Barry, very happy with it.
Don't know if there would be any particular issues with doing this on an L though, probably not but you'd want to make sure. You should get in touch with suby_dude since he sells these wheels and can probably answer your questions.
