Default Anyone around Santa Monica that can help me?

My car has been out of commission for almost a week. All my tools are in my storage unit out in Newbury Park and I don't know any Subaru enthusiasts out here. I was sitting in my car while it was idling and out of nowhere it just died on me. Long story short, I replaced the battery, checked all the fuses, noticed the fuel pump wasn't priming. I replaced the pump with a Walbro255 just now. Still not priming so I'm assuming it's not getting any power to it. If anyone is around here that has a multimeter and some idea of what they are doing (because I'm clueless) I would happily supply beer and pizza or whatever you want in compensation. Really don't wanna tow it to Subaru of Santa Monica

Subaru says they need to take the dash apart because there is a short somewhere in there. $439 :uke::
