Exclamation 2004 Impreza WRX RPM Fluctuates

Need some pointers on my current problem. I just had an upgrade on my Fuel Pump by using Walbro 255lph and SARD Fuel pressure regulator rate to 2.8kPa(I guess) and on a stock WRX TD04 turbo and Stock Injectors, weather here is quite hot in asia 30deg celcius to 34deg celcius.

After I made these upgrades, my RPM fluctuates rapidly where it goes from 1.7k> to at least 2.5k<. First it goes on after first startup of my upgrades, then it goes away and now it comes back again after I haven't been driving the car for 5 days. what could be the problem?

My coming upgrades are RHF5 VF38 turbo (twin scroll), STi pink injectors 565cc. but running on OEM ECU, was thinking to change to aftermarket but also need some pointers what are the pro's and con's.

Here with two questions
