The add doesn't even have the specs/ grade of steel, etc.

That's gonna be a firm pass on those.

Looks like SS.
Spec states 304SS.

I like all the 2.5turbo listings as well as the smaller NA listed.

Well there is a company called 1320 Performance based in Cali.

This is their website:

http://1320performance.com

I made an inquiry about the ELH since I don't see them listed on their website. Hopefully they reply soon.

Not for street use in Cali. So find a friend/family just over the border, or see if you can pick it up.

Oh... you're right... I see it up above where is say stainless 304 now.

But this is certainly clear:
"Due to CA CARB regulation, this item can not be installed on vehicle that is full race car and offroad track use only and may never be used on a public highway."

.... um ... what?

Cali issue, they are a PITA. May mean swapping parts for inspection just like NY metro area where I am.
It can cost a ton to get a CARB certificate, so, sold with a warning....

Found their up pipe as follows...

Made of real 1.5mm thick 304 Stainless steel piping
Full 304 stainless flanges to prevent cracking
2" diameter piping with expansion flange.
Build on high tolerance jig perfect fit every time no need for flex pipe
Accommodates OEM EGT sensor.

So why can't this be installed on a full race car or off road vehicle?

I think their notice has a typo on it. "Off road only" means you can use it in a race car, but not legal highway use.

I believe it only applies to California emission laws. Otherwise it's fine.

I ended up buying the Tomei ones which I deeply regret now. I recently went with an external wastegate and I had to buy a new ETS ELH because the Tomei up pipe bolt pattern does not match the two bolt patter most EWG have.

Whatever you get, make sure you get a two bolt pattern up pipe ELH just in case one day you go EWG.

I have Tomioka ELH headers on my 02 Bugeye, trade off seems very minimal, maybe +5~10 range in HP?.., the few people that I have spoken to about my car seem to think I have a different drivetrain set up, it sounds different then rumblers, the build up in high rpms is is great but often times I think its too loud and I'll just cruise it out/up-shift just to be able to hear myself think, you lose the rumble, not much else I just wanted to try something different, good luck!

I just received these today, unfortunately im still waiting on more parts to finish my build on my hawkeye sti. When finished I'll try to write up a review and possibly a nice Video to go with it. So far the quality looks pretty good.
