Default FL: 2005 Subaru WRX STi, Fresh Motor with Bolt ons

Vin: Jf1gd70655L523915
Clean Fl title in hand
Located in Melbourne, FL
115,xxx miles
Asking $15,000 obo

Selling my 2005 Subaru WRX STi. Chassis has around 115k miles and I have a clean FL title in hand. I have owned the car for around 3 years now and have only put around 2-3k miles on it in that time frame. Always garage kept and is rust free. I recently upgraded to an 08 STi hatch so I'm ready to let this one go.

I just dropping in a new zero mileage Boxer Motorsports Stage 1+ motor into it. The motor build consist of;
-New King Racing Bearings
-OEM Nitrated Crank
-New ARP Rod Bolts
-OEM STi connecting rods
-New 99.75mm Manley Platinum Series Pistons
-Blue Printed and Balanced
-New ARP Headstuds
-Re-sealed with Complete OEM Gasket Kit
-Fully rebuilt OEM B25 cylinder heads
-New OEM 10mm Oil pump
-Complete Aisin Timing Belt kit and water pump with less then 5k miles on it
-New OEM Thermostat and PCV
-Valve Covers and Oil pan painted wrinkle black
-Brand New Exedy OE clutch kit and freshly surfaced flywheel

Mods include;
-Cobb AP V3 w/Botti base map/tune
-VF48 Turbo
-Sidefeed TGV deletes
-Innovative Wideband Gauge
-Ported and Polished Throttle Body
-Grimmspeed 3 port EBCS
-Invidia Catless downpipe
-Perrin Cat-back exhaust
-Mishimoto Aluminum radiator and Hoses
-Wrinkle Black Powder Coated Intake Manifold
-Wrinkle Black Perrin Air Intake
-08+ GR STi Topmount Intercooler
-Kartboy Pitch Stop
-Cusco Transmission Mount
-Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
-SPT H-Brace
-JDM V8 Front Seats
-Harness Bar and Harness
-Rally Armor
-Turbo Timer
-Upgraded Head unit and speakers

The rest of the car is pretty much stock. It has all fresh Motul fluids, NGK spark plugs and filters. I will include a Botti Base map for break in and may include the full tune cost depending on final selling price of the car. Engine currently has ~100 miles on it and is being broken in with Motul Break-In oil.

A few cons with the car;
-a/c was removed but parts can be supplied to re-install
-front bumper was cut at some point for front mount intercooler
-airbag light is on because front factory seatbelts have been removed.

It is in overall great condition. Interior is pretty much mint, Id rate it a 9/10. Steering and suspension is all stock. Exterior has a few small dings and scratches but rust free and straight. Bridgestone tires have 8/32 on them and good brakes all around. Im going to be asking $15,000 or best reasonable offer. I have close to $4k into the motor not including my labor or the mods on the car, so I feel my asking price is pretty fair. Price is not firm though. Let me know if there are any questions. Thanks for looking.

I have some extra brand new parts for it that I was planning on installing before I decided to sell. They are NOT included with the sale but can be worked in if your interested for the right price. I have a new in box Cobb Flex Fuel Kit, and both front and rear white line 24mm sway bars, along with KartBoy endlinks for all four corners.
