Lightbulb Audible engine "Click" when rpms drop

Hey NASIOC, I am starting to get an audible "click" noise whenever the engine RPMs start to drop at almost exactly 1k RPM in my 11 sti. it currently has 55,552 miles on it, almost stock except for the usual after market exhaust and air intake. It will also happen when shifting from first to second and from second to third, or when coming to a stop and again rpms drop to about 1k rpm from around 2500 from a regular drive. I checked out the engine and had someone rev it for me and as soon as the revs happen there's an audible CLANK, So I'm assuming as far as that goes maybe an engine mount? I'm ruling out my engine as it sounds pretty healthy, haven't abused it since I've bough it.

That's really not something you're going to be able to get a diagnosis on from a post on the internet. Stuff like that you have to hear and search for in person. Maybe post a video?

Broken spot-welds on firewall or broken pitch-stop mount.

Sorry, but that's about as far as I can speak on the issue. Maybe others who've had a similar experience will chime in now.
