Rattling Sound When Revving

Hello everyone,

I have a 2015 sti (stage 3), and I have shipped to the car overseas and when I got it I have a metal ratting/clicking sound underneath the passenger seat area when I rev. It sounds like something is loose. I was thinking maybe something got damaged when it was shipped. Here is a short video of the problem.

I assume you have an aftermarket downpipe. If so, was the DP bolted to that metal bracket before the mid section?

Yes, I do have Cobb down pipe installed and yes it was bolted.
