Default Mrt header fitment ?? w/stock wrx cat-back?

I picked up a wrx cat-back for my wagon and wanted to know how much modding would mating it with an MRT header and high flow cat be ? As it is now I would have to have the mid pipe extended a few inches to reach the stock location. Anyone have any clue ?
