On the tip of my...
It is in Temple... I hate this... The... .... ... The Academy... That is it. I've never run there, mostly because RCR isn't that much farther (if any at all) and from all acounts is a much nicer track.

Here is a link to the one near Temple (South of Waco). Temple is a 1/8 mile track for IHRA but runs 1/4 mile for street meets and test&tune. No direct sunlight due to trees but they hold in the humidity and noise. Heart of Texas is a 1/4 clay oval track. River City Raceway is about 200 miles further south in Sequin (NE of San Antonio). RCR is a newer and better facility on par with Texas Motorplex (Ennis).

Smahatma bring your ride out to the denton raceway tonight. I am going out there to meet up with DrKicker when he finally gets back to me with a time. I will also be bringing a dv cam to record the runs.
