Default Radium PCV catch can hose adaptor failure

Last week I got a CEL, which eventually lead me to call Radium and they said check the hose adapter under the IC. Checked there and found this:

It looks like it got too hot and yielded. I am currently waiting to hear back from them on the fitting size so I can replace it with a metal one. I just wanted to let people know this is apparently a common enough failure the vendor tells people to check for it. They said it happens due to incorrect routing but I routed it like the steps said. This failure took roughly 700 miles to popup. I believe this is just a simple material choice issue and not a product issue. The adapter is made with non glass fiber reinforced plastic that is very soft to a razor blade. Once I get the size I will update the thread.

The size is 12AN to 13AN and they are sending me one made of aluminum. I guess I am not the first with this issue.

Radium is actually sending me 2 replacements made out of aluminum. I'm guessing they figured this out already. Now I need to inspect my brz's catch cans before I attempt to take it to STPR
