Tuning within class restrictions (stock intercooler required)

I would assume that if you had to have a stock intercooler, it would be the bottleneck besides fuel. Since tuning and other fuel such as e85 is legal, would that mean that just e85 and a tune would be the way to go? You can change turbo back exhaust, and intake too.

Yes you can. If you want to, or not change the turboback exhaust.

It wasnt a yes or no question, unless you mean changing anything besides the turbo back will net no additional power with a stock intercooler.
