Default 2005 WRX STI - Rubbing/Squeking on Low Speed Right Hand Turns

I've got a 2005 WRX STI with ~155k miles. Here are some relevant details:

New OEM Axles <10k miles
New Feal Struts + OEM Springs <10k miles
New OEM Steering Rack <10k miles
All bushings replaced with OEM <10k miles
Running stock wheel/tire sizes

I've noticed recently on slow right hand turns (think parking lot) that there's a squeaking/rubbing sound coming from somewhere mid/right up front. It feels like something's binding while driving and there's some metal on metal contact. This only happens when going right.

I've double checked the torque specs on the following (RHS) and they were all in spec:
Struct Top Hat Mount

Strut where it attaches to knuckle
Tie Rod
Sway Bar End Links

I'm out of ideas on what to check next so I was hoping I could generate some discussion here on next steps forward. Here's a link to that reproduces the sound:
Thanks!

Edit: Additional info!
Only happens on slow speed turns, using the same turn radius but going faster eliminates the sound
This also happens with the steering wheel all the way to the left and in reverse
Happens whether in gear or in neutral
Light brake pressure makes noise go away

Based on these observations, I'm leaning towards Front LSD issue?

Found this older thread that has what I believe to be the exact same sound!

Ordered up some Motul 300 75W90 Transmission/Differential oil to replace the old fluid and will provide an update.
