tower bars and sway bars - the rear sway bar end mounting has changed, I assume the old bars don't fit. The STi has several pieces of additional chassis stiffening (front and rear), and and I doubt the strut bars would do much even if they do fit. While the front sway bar may fit, the US STi will have a good sized front bar.

exhaust cat-back - there have been some changes in the STi exhaust. I am not sure if the cat back will fit, but even if it does I doubt it will do much.

blowoff valve - the sti intercooler for the US STi is different to both the JDM STi (slightly smaller) and the US WRX (slightly larger). I wouldn't assume it fits.

up-pipe : no pre-cat so not sure much benefit here.

Tien Coilovers : unless you are an expert at setting them up, this would be a downgrade.

Other than the gauge pod, I can't see much in your list of mods that would provide a worthwhile upgrade.
