Question Need help replacing headlamp bulbs

I was looking at the rear of the headlamp clusters and i can see how the power cable can pop right off the prongs of the H4 bulbs, but i don't know how to remove the bulbs themselves. Wondering if anyone could help. Do i pull them out or screw them out?

Also i know its harder but does anyone know how to replace the light bulbs in the stock fog lamps as well? Thanks much

Its easy. You change them during the day, so you can see. There is a clip holding them on. Push in and move aside. They will fall right out. To change fog lights, you will have to remove the three screws that hold them on and get them out from the back. Remove the entire fog light. The inside top screw of both fogs are to adjust their angle.

i had a hard time taking off the wireharness. i had to remove the rubber around the piece you push in, then pull it off. then take off the larger rubber surround. once its off, pull in on the spring and the bulb is free. the bulbs basically just resting in there, the spring holds it in. just becareful with the bulb so it doesn't get marked up.
