I'm hoping the estimator offered at http://www.liberalartsandcrafts.net/...zzlertax.shtml is roughly accurate, If so, then one finds that the STi's unadjusted combined fuel economy is comfortably above the gas guzzler 22.5 mpg threshold. So I'm predicting no gas guzzler tax.

BTW, I'm on vacation at Cocoa Beach and I don't have access to my DOT favorite links since I'm using the wife's ThinkPad. I'm feeling too lazy and tired tonight to track down the precise calculation in the Code of Federal Regulations.
